Sarah Willoughby

Sarah has lived in and around Henfield the majority of her life. She sees the growing need for more support for the working community in terms of childcare, business support and skills to survive in today's market.

With 10 years working in a corporate environment managing international marketing budgets of over £1million, Sarah has extensive experience in managing budgets and seeing projects through from initial concept to final delivery and post-project analysis.

Sarah's background in marketing, will enable the Henfield Hub to develop a strong marketing strategy, appealing to the target audience and also sharing her digital expertise with our rural businesses, reducing the disparity between urban and rural living.

Working with local businesses to improve their digital footprint or transform some of the more outdated offline businesses to have an online presence helping them though digital transformation to improve efficiency.

Gosia Milsom

Gosia started her career in Finance with Barclays, as their Regional Lead for Audit and Financial Risk and Crime. Gosia then moved to HSBC where she completed her level 6 regulated financial planning diploma in 2014 whilst also managing a portfolio of clients and their investment decisions in excess of £90 million.

During her 10 years with HSBC, she was also Senior Manager for loan approvals in excess of £1 million. Gosia, originally from Poland, knows firsthand what it is like trying to settle in a rural community, making new connections and establishing roots as an "outsider". Gosia has worked hard to get involved in community living, supporting the existing social club, local school and other village initiatives.

Gosia's background is in finance, so will be responsible for managing all funding and grant applications and ensuring the Hub is a sound profitable business. Gosia will also share her expertise with the local community in terms of pensions, finance planning and more, to help increase skills and support local businesses and individuals especially the aging population who need to navigate new ways of going about their day to day finances and banking, as well as the younger population who are just beginning their journey and managing their finances.
